Refund and Cancellation
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products delivered due to damaged product or wrong product, we will exchange the product or refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders prior to order shipment and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

To cancel the order you have to submit the cancellation request within two business days from the date of order, as we usually ship the products within two business days from receiving the order. Once the order is shipped can not be canceled, however can be requested for a refund if the product is damaged.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. We usually process the refund within 3-5 business days after the cancellation of the order is approved.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
